Working between Galerija and Kolenda keeps my creativity flowing, with two unique atmospheres that inspire different flavors and styles. There's nothing better than watching someone take that first sip and light up with a smile—it’s why I do what I do.

Running Kolenda and Galerija can be challenging at times—there’s always something happening, and no two days are the same. But I love the energy, the people, and the chance to share a piece of our island’s spirit with every guest. This is more than just work to me—it’s a family business passed down from our parents, and now I have the joy of running it side by side with my brothers.
