I love working at Kolenda because every day I get to meet people from all over the world and make them feel welcome on our beautiful island. The atmosphere here is warm and lively, and it feels like being part of a big family. Serving great food and drinks never gets old—it's like a little piece of paradise. Nothing can match a feeling you get when you see a happy customer. Especially when they come back for more!

Working between Galerija and Kolenda keeps my creativity flowing, with two unique atmospheres that inspire different flavors and styles. There's nothing better than watching someone take that first sip and light up with a smile—it’s why I do what I do.
